Classes are held at our Eagle River studio on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Classes at our Matsu Valley locations are on Tuesday and Thursday. Schedule an appointment to see either of our facilities or to speak with an instructor.

In the Intro class your student will...
...discuss what goes on at Jay’s Taekwondo. Specifically the rules, regulations, class structure, goals of the school, and the goals of the student will be discussed. Questions are encouraged!
...discuss the rules of the school, the history of Taekwondo and the school, how to enter and leave the training room, how to greet your Instructor, how to care for your uniform, and how to tie your belt will be covered.
